Can I import my Tally data?: Tally XML import lands during onboarding. We auto-create your COA, opening balances, and last-quarter journals.
Where is my data stored?: Hetzner Falkenstein (Germany) for control plane; Hetzner Helsinki for ERP data. DPDP-compliant; data never leaves the EU/India boundary.
How do you charge AI credits?: 1 credit per chat turn. Tools like GST compile cost a few credits more (per FEATURE_CREDIT_COSTS in the docs). Top-ups available.
